When I use the command RUN MACRO INLINE

A loop in the secondary file does not work.

If I run the secondary file by itself the loop works.

There is no flaw in my code



Is this a known problem? Does she have a solution?

Hi Sadlol,

When using the command RUN MACRO INLINE, the macro from the file has no flow control. This means GOTO and LOOP statements will not work.
You can get around this by using RUN PROGRAM command with the Exit command as the last line of the macro, and in the main macro having a statement to watch for the second macro to finish.

There are many ways to determine if the second macro has finished (looking for window name, outputting a variable to a file and having the main macro looking for the change, just waiting a set amount of time or looking for a change on the screen)
