Maybe this already exists and I don't know, but...
Instead of storing the mouse position, doing math on it, then moving to the calculated position, a "relative" mouse movement and mouse click could be useful. For example, I manually position my mouse on a screen item, then there is a right click that opens a contextual menu, I can move the position by "X" and "Y", then click
Tentative syntax suggestion:
1 | X+100 | Y+300 | 0 | Left Click

Yeah thats not a bad idea. I like that. At the moment for this you would need to assign %mouse_x% and %mouse_y% to variables and then do some math. What you've suggested is a lot cleaner.
