But id does the same thing not going down to do the same operations for all the rows from the excel file. Any help what am I doing wrong?
Thank you

Hi Sony, Working with individual cells in Excel can always be a little finicky. It's hard to say where your going wrong, for that we're going to need a lot more info from you. Generally, when working with excel try to use keyboard shortcuts as much as you can.

Hi Thanks for the reply. Here is my example a b c d I am recording and starting to copy from cell a1 to c1 than from b1 to d1, and than I stop the recording and starting the play to automate the rest of the process, but when I press play doesn't go to cell a2 it copy the value starting from b2 not from a2 as it should than from the b2 to d2...and so on....Is something wrong in the mini mouse macro settings? 1 ab 1 ab 2 cd 3 ef 4 gh 1 | -849 | 361 | 1232 | Left Click Down 2 | -849 | 360 | 35 | Mouse Movement 3 | -849 | 360 | 97 | Left Click Release 4 | -849 | 361 | 1036 | Keypress Ctrl+ | c 5 | -734 | 366 | 1490 | Left Click Down 6 | -734 | 366 | 119 | Left Click Release 7 | -734 | 366 | 865 | Keypress Ctrl+ | v 8 | -818 | 368 | 954 | Left Click Down 9 | -818 | 368 | 112 | Left Click Release 10 | -818 | 368 | 1194 | Keypress Ctrl+ | c 11 | -669 | 365 | 908 | Left Click Down 12 | -669 | 365 | 104 | Left Click Release 13 | -670 | 365 | 1566 | Keypress Ctrl+ | v 14 | -861 | 366 | 10378 | Left Click Down 15 | -861 | 366 | 149 | Left Click Release 16 | -861 | 368 | 2718 | Keypress down

I dont think the problem is the macro settings. It's more your use of mouse clicks. If you can, get away from mouse clicks. In my example above and described in a little more detail here ( minimousemacro.proboards.com/thread/580/copy-past-mini-mouse-macro), I don't use mouse clicks but instead I use keyboard navigation within the cell. Also I make sure when I start the macro that the correct cell is selected.

Hello
1- click on the cell you want the copy to go (destination), then clicking on the cell you want to copy (source), nothing in between. 2- Then record: ctrl-c Down Alt-tab Ctrl-v Down Alt-tab
