Change Quick Launch list behind the scenes

I use macros for my job, and with MMM I have about 20 setup, which is about the limit I can get without messing with other things. I have about a dozen more I need/want to make and if new tasks get added to my work load I'll need another dozen or so. With the fast pace of the work environment I am in I really would like a way to have multiple Quick Launch Lists that can change on the fly, without needing to switch to the program. I use MMM in conjunction with VBA Userforms and the 1000's of macros I have set in there. ie I use the SendKey's VBA code to send the keys I have set for MMM to run the MMM macro. What I would like is a way when I click a certain userform button it loads the needed MMM quicklaunch list, and if I click another button again from my userform it'll load a different list. This way I can make a quick launch list per Job Task I have without overlapping, and better organization with more HotKeys I can set.

I love that your using the SendKeys VBA code to send keys to MMM - nice
I think i get what your trying to achieve but why not just have one really large quick launch list that has all the quick launches you need? I might be missing that part.

There is a limit to how many keys can be used via SendKeys & MMM without compatibility issues, and I have reached it already (On another note really wish this forum would send email notifications when responses come in )

Yeah the notifications are slow on this forum. I’m not sure what is happening with that. Proboards has this mass emailing feature for board owners that they warn ‘can take days to email out due to abuse’. I think they might have some mail problems…

Ok, I see how you could reach that limit. I’m not sure how to solve this one or if it can be solved at all with quick launch. I think you are going to need some conditions to dynamically load or feed different macro files in as you need them.  Have a look at the conditions below, they will give you some ideas to get the macro lines in dynamically:
