Good day everyone,
I just found MMM and it's perfect for the bulk file editing job I am currently facing. I already recorded a macro that does the operations I want to do and now I'm trying to tweak it to the correct values. I want to check one of my custom variables: If it is greater than or equal to 180, it should be set to -178. If not, it should just be incremented by 2. This is the line I'm trying to do it with:
82 | IF | INTEGER VARIABLE | %DEGREES% | GREATER THAN EQUAL TO | 180 | RUN ACTION | DEFINE INTEGER VARIABLE | %DEGREES%::=-178 | ELSE | 82 | RUN ACTION | DEFINE INTEGER VARIABLE | %DEGREES%::+2 However, once MMM reaches thin line, it simply freezes. Is there something wrong with the syntax? As I said, I'm new to MMM, so I apologize if it's some really obvious beginner mistake. I studied the conditions page and watched the two tutorial videos, but I can't figure out where I messed up...
Thanks for your time!

I never tried a custom named variable, the 1st thing I’d try os to use one of the standard variables such as %integer1%

Thanks very much for the reply! I managed to fix it myself in the meantime by converting it into an IF-THEN construct over multiple lines. Would've edited my post, but for some reason I couldn't register in this forum a few days ago (CAPTCHA kept telling me that I failed ) and guests are not allowed to edit. That issue apparently fixed itself too, because I could register fine today
