I've browsed around a bit, but wasn't able to find anything definitive. Is there a way to set up a set schedule, so a macro plays at a specific time?
Thank you in advance.

Yes, Windows has a “scheduler” so you can start mini mouse macro through it.

How does that play the macro at that specific time if "Windows Scheduler" just launches MMM?

Mini Mouse Macro has some command line options that can be used to pass parameters. Have a look at the FAQ ( www.turnssoft.com/faq2.html). I have some examples here on how to enable file association, pass parameters, and schedule a macro to run with task scheduler.
