PIXEL RANGE,COLOR do not match the coordinates on the laptop

Hello, I am having the error capturing coordinates PIXEL RANGE, PIXEL COLOR when using a laptop. I have used 3 laptops but still cannot get the coordinates but on the PC.

I tried capturing the PIXEL RANGE coordinates and got the following result:




Using PC:






Using Laptop:





You can see I put the mouse cursor in the same position, but the results shown in PIXEL RANGE are different.

Please give me advice on how to fix this, because I mainly use my laptop to work.

Hi,

Could the issue be that the screen resolutions are different between your PC and Laptop?

If you have identical sessions running on the laptop and the pc but the pixels do not match, then it is either your resolution is different between or the sessions (the pixels you are matching) are different.

Thanks Steve, I adjusted the screen resolution of the laptop the same way as a PC and it worked fine. However, the font size is a bit small on laptops. I will adjust it when not using MMM
