OCR statement resolving TRUE when no text found?

Macro action - Running ACTION: GOTO MACRO LINE - Macro line(Enter_email)

This is from the event log of a run that is giving me issues.  The line in particular is:

22 | IF | OCR | At location [X:643 Y:53 W:636 H:229]::Lang eng::To string OCR::Remove CR LF | TEXT CONTAINS | Feed | GOTO MACRO LINE | Enter_email | ELSE | 22 | RUN ACTION | WAIT SECONDS | 10

The intent here is that if it doesn't find text containing the word "Feed", then it should wait 10 seconds.  If it does, then go to macro line "Enter_email".  Instead it looks like OCR isn't finding text or characters, but nonetheless takes the GOTO MACRO LINE path, rather than wait 10 seconds.  Why does it default to a TRUE condition if there isn't any text found?

Uh, when I try the line 

22 | IF | OCR | At location [X:643 Y:53 W:636 H:229]::Lang eng::To string OCR::Remove CR LF | TRUE | GOTO MACRO LINE | Enter_email | ELSE | 22 | RUN ACTION | WAIT SECONDS | 10

I also get

OCR - No text or characters where found from the input

Macro condition - Condition TRUE

Macro action - Running ACTION: GOTO MACRO LINE - Macro line(Enter_email)

Steve Sorry for pinging, this has got me hard stuck for the last week. Any ideas what's happening here?

I have ran your line 22 and have it working exacly as expected. When it doesn't find the text it executes the else condition and it does wait.

Are you running the latest version of MMM and do you have the plugins installed for OCR?
What OS are you running?

Thanks Steve I appreciate the timely response.  I'm still getting this bug intermittently and I can't isolate the cause, but it's happening with similar lines (different At location parameters, but otherwise that's it), and it's a big wrench thrown into the gears when it does. Every time it happens is the same sequence though, it reports 

OCR - No text or characters where found from the input

but then evaluates the condition as TRUE.

Steve This keeps happening and I can't for the life of me figure it out.  Here's another example from today:
