Apply macro on specific window while PC still usable

im new to this

is it possible to apply a macro on a specific window while im still using my pc normally? i did look around this forum about it, but havent found an answer

Not that I know because to act in a window it needs to gain focus. Anything you would then type or any mouse move would mix with the macro commands. My workaround was to thoroughly test the macro then let it run in a loop while I was at lunch or in the evening. That’s pretty dangerous though.
