Hi Steve,
I have noticed that the following would work for an open notepad window. What if the notepad window has been minimized? Is there an action to open that window and select it? It is just a convenience thing... Thanks! John
RUN ACTION | | | | SELECT WINDOW BY NAME | my notepad save.txt - Notepad

Yep like this:
1 | RUN ACTION | | | | SELECT WINDOW BY NAME | Untitled - Notepad 2 | X | X | 500 | Keypress Alt+ | enter
Use ALT+ENTER to bring up the window.

mmm... the following didn't work in Win 7 x64 with MMM6.7.1.0 Pro. Didn't pop open the minimized window... any ideas? How to find the exact name of the window as I might have got it slightly wrong?? Thanks!
1 | RUN ACTION | | | | SELECT WINDOW BY NAME | Window_to_open.txt - WordPad
2 | X | X | 500 | Keypress Alt+ | enter
BTW, it did work for Notepad but not for WordPad! Very strange!

Wow! amazing Steve! ctrl + M worked for WordPad! So a different app needs a different pop-up key??
Wondering if you also know the pop-up keys for Firefox, Chrome and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?
Thanks a lot!
