Hello,
I'm using Mini Mouse Macro Pro with a macro to run at startup, but i have to login as soon as my computer starts so the macro will play, if i start my computer and let it sit on the login screen, then the macro won't play after logging in, i guess this is because Mini Macro Mouse starts when the computer does, not when the user logs in.
Also, when setting up a macro for autostart, i cannot open the program anymore as it will automatically play the macro and quit, i have to rename the macro file that plays on start so the program won't play it and i'm be able to use the program again.

Hi jojobaoil23Yes Mini Mouse Macro will start when the computer does at startup. You could add a delay into the macro or perhaps a condition to trigger the macro start. Have a look at the conditions page for some ideas. Also, when setting up a macro for autostart, i cannot open the program anymore as it will automatically play the macro and quit, i have to rename the macro file that plays on start so the program won't play it and i'm be able to use the program again. Do you have 'Exit and close after Macro end' enabled within the options menu? If you do, disable it and it will fix your issue with the auto close. If you are using the macro queue for saved auto macro's then clear that queue too. Hope it helps, Steve.

i dont quite understand what you are trying to do so this may be of no use to you at all, but..
you can create a batch file from that macro and add it to your Windows Scheduled Tasks, then use the logon event as trigger to run that batch file.

I bought MMM Pro hoping the autostart and autoclose features would do exactly that but looks like i will still have to use the old task scheduler and batch files, oh well.
And how exactly can i do that ? I tried without success.
I don't understand what is the use case for all those features then, if you can't use the program itself anymore.

I followed the Task Scheduler tutorial here www.turnssoft.com/faq2.html#how%20do%20i%20schedule%20my%20macro%20to%20run%20at%20a%20specific%20time but it doesn't work, MMM opens for a fraction of a second and instantly closes. I also tried to do it via command line but the MiniMouseMacro command isn't recognized. (powershell and regular command line) So i found another way to do that, i just have two MiniMouseMacro.exe, one to use, and one that will autostart my .mmmacro file automatically with the help of the two different ini files. Weird way to do it but at least it works.

I don't know how i managed to do it the first time but now this doesn't work anymore.
I bought this program just to do this and in the end i still can't do something as simple as having a macro to launch after logging in.
How am i the only one here wanting something this trivial ? The program is perfect but there is just THIS little missing feature that ruins it for me.
Whatever, i'll look for something else.

Hi jojobaoil23 Im not sure what you are doing wrong, I will lay out the steps for you. 1. Open MMM and enable file association UAC will need approval
Once it has been enabled it will prompt with enabled successfully.
2. Add a saved macro file to the macro queue. Ensure to enable it, enable on MMM startup, and save the setting. I added a delay here to wait until windows is ready.
3. Go to the windows startup folder for your user.
4. Copy in minimousemacro.exe.
