Yes, you can run multiple macro's at the same time but you need to run multiple instances of Mini Mouse Macro. You can run multiple instances by running minimousemacro.exe more than once at a time. When multiple macro's run at the same time you might find that one of the macro's may interrupt or interfere with the other running macro's.
For example, lets just say macro 1 is moving the mouse and macro 2 is also moving the mouse. Macro 1 and macro 2 will both try and move the mouse and the winner will be the macro that triggers the move after the first. Its not just mouse movements though, the same can be said about competing conditionals and declared %INTEGER%, %STRING%, %BOOLEAN%, %DECIMAL% variable ranges (so use unique names if you can). Also, multiple instances don't respond to multiple hotkey presses such as the hotkeys to stop and start the macro.
A better way would be to have one macro run that calls other macro's when they are needed based on some conditions ( www.turnssoft.com/conditions.html). The RUN PROGRAM ( www.turnssoft.com/conditions.html#runprogram) action can be used to run other instances of MMM with program options. LOAD MACRO FROM URL ( www.turnssoft.com/conditions.html#loadmacrofromurl) and RUN MACRO INLINE ( www.turnssoft.com/conditions.html#runmacroinline) are a couple of other examples of how to load macro's in.
