When recording mouse movements, keeping the mouse still will result in the program recording a shorter pause period than actual, leading to playback with early clicks and premature movements. It does not matter when the mouse is held still.

Hi,
Time recording for mouse movement is fairly accurate but its not exact. When an event is recorded a timer starts counting and stops on the next recorded event. This results in the near like record time between events.
1 | 71 | 94 | 21 | Mouse Movement 2 | 70 | 91 | 1500 | Mouse Movement 3 | 68 | 88 | 10 | Mouse Movement

That is the desired behavior, yes, but it is not occurring properly when the mouse is 'at rest'. The timer often skips the entire time period the mouse spent unmoving, instead recording as if the mouse never stopped moving (time delay of 35ms or w/e instead of the 6000ms pause).
