Hi Habil,
Welcome to the forum,
Does it need to be in two separate macros? If what I can gather you want to left click the mouse every 5 minutes and every 60 minutes you want to press key 7.
If that's the case there are 12 5 minute intervals in 60 minutes, so we can make it on the twelfth to do the key press instead of mouse click.

Give this a try.
* | Change below value for mouse X position 1 | RUN ACTION | DEFINE INTEGER VARIABLE | %INTEGER%::900 * | Change below value for mouse Y position 2 | RUN ACTION | DEFINE INTEGER VARIABLE | %INTEGER1%::600 * | Counter for Intervals 3 | RUN ACTION | DEFINE INTEGER VARIABLE | %INTEGER2%::0 * | Actions-MouseClick 4 | RUN ACTION | DEFINE INTEGER VARIABLE | %INTEGER2%::+1 5 | IF | INTEGER VARIABLE | %INTEGER2% | IS | 12 | GOTO MACRO LINE | Action-Keypress 6 | %INTEGER% | %INTEGER1% | 0 | Left Click 7 | RUN ACTION | WAIT MINUTES | 5 8 | RUN ACTION | GOTO MACRO LINE | Action-MouseClick * | Action-Keypress 9 | RUN ACTION | DEFINE INTEGER VARIABLE | %INTEGER2%::0 10 | X | X | 0 | Keypress 7 11 | RUN ACTION | WAIT MINUTES | 5 12 | RUN ACTION | GOTO MACRO LINE | Action-MouseClick
