My first silly question -Keypress %string% seems not working

Hello All

I'm dealing with my very basic work
There is any reason why this not work?

If in the keypress i put directly the username and password it woks . Seems he don't store the variable  or don't use it
in the logging only keypres appear without any text
I tried to write STRING and string and also used :: and | in the definition  as I said use both in the documentation, but no changes.

I'm entering these data inside an open page on Chrome Canary to autenticate to a site.

Hi Band84,

Welcome to the forum, Glad to see you've worked out your issue.

If in doubt try right clicking on the macro list and using "Add Condition"
I find these menus are very helpful and intuitive.

your code still does seem a little messy as RUN ACTION doesn't normally have mouse coordinates or time.

You pointed out exactly my error and why after one or two tentative it ended to work
Now work like a charm.
