Ok well I might be able to help.
First I recommend checking out how to do the basics here
www.turnssoft.com/tutorial-1---record-a-basic-macro, check out some demos here
www.turnssoft.com/mmmyoutube.html, and the FAQ page here
www.turnssoft.com/faq2.html .
I can give a run down on how to create a basic macro. If you want the specifics for your
many clicks with just a press of a button then please reply to the thread with a lot more information on exactly what you are trying to do, what you have done, and where you are getting stuck.
Lets say you just want to click 10 times on a particular mouse spot.
- First start recording by pressing the red record button or the default record hotkey ctrl+F8.
- Move the mouse to where you want click. Then click.
- Stop the macro with the stop record hotkey ctrl+F10 or press the red 'stop' button. Note that pressing this button during recording will record a 'Left Click Down' where the button was pressed. So delete that event by clicking on the entry and pressing the 'delete' key on the keyboard.
Test the macro by clicking on the Play macro button. If all is good the macro will playback your click. Now we want that click to happen 5 times.
- Click and drag the mouse over both the recorded 'Left Click Down' and 'Left Click Release' entries to select both of them.
- Press ctrl+c to copy both events.
- Click on the 'Left Click Down' event and press ctrl+v to paste the click events.
- Repeat this three more times.
The macro should look something like this:
1 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
2 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
1 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
2 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
1 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
2 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
1 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
2 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
1 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
2 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
1 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
2 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
Now we tidy up the list so it's easier to read.
- Left click on any line.
- Right click and select 'Relist Rows'
The macro should look something like this:
1 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
2 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
3 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
4 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
5 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
6 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
7 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
8 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
9 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
10 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
11 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click Down
12 | 166 | 291 | 71 | Left Click Release
So now we have a macro that clicks 5 times at the mouse X position 166 y position 291.
This macro is also the same but with fewer lines:
1 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click
2 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click
3 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click
4 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click
5 | 166 | 291 | 1018 | Left Click
Hope this helps.
