Hello - Been using MMM for a bit now, mainly to perform maintenance on a staff On Call Schedule. This work includes a good amount of repetitive keystrokes/mouse clicks to essentially add entries to a given employee's online timesheet. All employees to be processed for this, essentially receive the same entries that are being added. This is why MMM has proven very helpful. The next step in making this more useful would be to have MMM ask me for a "last name" (string, I presume) and use that string to fill the appropriate field on the screen, followed by simple Mouse Click/Release actions on already existing buttons on the screen for SEARCH (for the entered last name) and OPEN (the timesheet of the person found). From here, the existing macro I've been using will continue to work. Today, I manually enter the last name, click on the SEARCH button, followed by the OPEN button (I lucked out in that every staff has a distinct last name).
Your assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Jairo, Check out the INPUT BOX action ( www.turnssoft.com/conditions.html#inputbox) I think this is what you are after. 1 | RUN ACTION | INPUT BOX | Enter the lastname::Lastname::STRING 2 | RUN ACTION | MESSAGE PROMPT | Value for Lastname: %string%::Lastname::2

....or use a FOR LOOP if you have a list of lastnames in a file:
1 | FOR | EACH | LINE IN | D:\Macro\OUTPUT\Lastnames.txt | DO 2 | RUN ACTION | MESSAGE PROMPT | Value for Lastname: %LINE%::Lastname::2 3 | FOR | NEXT
Lastnames.txt Barnes Chester Tran Zane
